Terms of Service & Consulting Engagement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing qelvani.xyz or executing a statement of work with Qelvani Analytics Inc. ("Qelvani"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you represent an organization, you warrant that you possess proper organizational authority to bind said entity.

2. Consulting & Advisory Scope

Qelvani Analytics provides technical diagnostics, log file telemetry, indexing architecture advisory, and anomaly analysis. Client recognizes that organic search algorithms (Google, Bing) are managed independently by third parties and operate autonomously. Qelvani does not guarantee specific rankings or organic traffic quantities.

3. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All client proprietary code, search console credentials, and server logs are strictly confidential. Clients retain full ownership of their web platforms. Upon final settlement of fees, clients receive full perpetual rights to implement and deploy provided architectural roadmaps.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Qelvani Analytics Inc., its officers, or contractors be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from platform code changes deployed by the client. Maximum liability is strictly capped at consulting fees paid to Qelvani within the preceding six months.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any dispute shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state or federal courts situated in Suffolk County, Boston, Massachusetts.
